UPDATE: Prayer Needed for 14 Year Old Boy |

A couple weeks ago we made you all aware of a rather urgent prayer
need. A 14 year old boy named Chase who was a Kids for Christ kid for years had
been diagnosed with a brain tumor. His
mother told us that they don’t believe the tumor to be cancerous. It has caused a series of seizures and has
grown to just under a inch in diameter. The following is about the proceedure set to take place Monday (6.4.07) in her own words:
"Chase will have his Biopsy this coming Monday morning at 10:00 AM at
St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa. They have said that they will put him to sleep
for the procedure but, it should only take about one hour to do from the time
they knock him out. The Doctor said that the actual procedure takes about 20
minutes. They will insert a small straw (about the size of a coffee straw into
the rear portion of his scalp to insert near the tumor which will suck a sample
of the spot out to be sent to the lab to determine what it is."
We'll update you again when we hear more. Now is the time for all of us to pray for Chase! |
