Prayer still needed for Chase Cooper PDF Print E-mail
The following is an update from Ken & Judy Cooper.  We have been sharing their updates on Chase's.  You may remember that just before the 2006-07 school year ended we found out that Chase had a tumor.  I asked you all in the KFCUSA family to pray for Chase.  We need to keep praying and agreeing for Cahse and the Cooper family.  Here is the update:

Chase has been doing radiation treatments 5 days a week and is scheduled to have 30 days worth so, he will be finished with the treatments towards the week or so of August. So far the radiation has not been a problem on his body. The treatment last around 30 - 45 minutes or so. They are not painful and he is not loosing any hair with 16 treatments done and 14 more to go.

About two weeks ago we noticed some discoloration in one of his legs. He was taken to see his regular Dr. who set him up for another MRI ( not that he hasn't already had his fair share). The MRI was done a couple of days ago and it comes back that in his one leg it is a malformation between his arteries and veins. He is presently scheduled to check into St. Francis Hospital on Tuesday 080707 at 7:00 AM for a arterial gram (?). The arterial gram should last about 45 minutes but, he will have to rest in the hospital for 10 - 12 hours after it but, will be coming home before the end of the day rolls around.

I  will keep you updated we recieve more info.--bob
