Impressions From Bob's Perspective |

Since January of this year I have seen and heard stories of what appears to be a "move of God" among the kids. In three different area schools we are seeing more than just record numbers: We're seeing kids being lit on fire for Jesus.
In one school students weren't happy with just having a morning club, they asked our team in they would do an afternoon Bible study for them. That has been going strong for over three months.
At a school I am at we have seen beautiful moments that could only be described as "soveriegn moves of God". Imagine 7th graders so captivated by God's presence in their worship time that they all (80+kids) were lost in worship. Then on of they spoke the next week about a dream that God gave her. Her Mom told her that she thought that the dream was indicating that she needed to be willing to take a risk for God. They are coming together as "one" and God is stirring a fire in them that I believe they will take to the world.
Add to these the, story in NYC (Please read that story.) of hungry second graders. I believe this year is going to be one where we see God move across this nation through our kids. These kids and kids like them are the ones that God is going to use in the "Great Harvest"! They ignore denominational traditions and just love people into the Kingdom of God. You can be a part of it,but will you? Why let the have all the fun? Let's are unite with the kids and reach the lost. One more thing: The Lost as we call them aren't just the poor and underpriviledged. KFCUSA desires to all income levels of our society to reach kids. I recently told a Pastor that I think the reason why "...It's harder for a rich man (or middle class man) to get into heaven than it is for a donkey to go through the eye of a needle" is because every church outreach program is to the poor. So, the rich and middle classes are ignored. Help us reach children of all economic levels. Together we're reaching a new generation of Kids for Christ.--bob
