In my travels around the USA sharing the concepts of Kids for Christ USA with congregations, I have learned that some trips are more effective than others. My trip to Franklin/Seneca, PA was quite possibly the most effective trip I have EVER taken. Only time will tell.
Not only did I do a three session training seminar, but God opened the door for me to prayer with pretty much everyone who was at the meeting at the end of the third session. It was awesome because this is something I don't get to do all that often. It included praying for a young man who was dealing with some pretty significant issues and an older lady who had just been released from the hospital. They brought her to me at the restaurant after the meetings.

On Sunday I spoke at Uniontown Community Church in Franklin. It went very well. In fact, my hosts are working to bring me back in to minister to a very specific crowd in March of 2009. If the coming trip goes just half as well as this past trip...WOW! That about sums it up.
By the way, thanks to Charlie and Dawn Sampson, "Aunt Kathy", Mindy Graham, Ken & Liz Woods, Richard & Donna Garrision, and Anne Saxman. |
