KFCUSA Joins Forces With Good News Daily |
 Good News Daily is a Christian news and information website that seeks to relay positive news and feature stories from a Christian perspective - offering "hope after the headlines" of the daily newspaper - as well as to serve as a vehicle that shares information about Christian ministries and organizations, to better connect them for greater impact in our world.
I have written a monthly column for Good News Daily since the summer of 2006. Being a part of this project has been a huge honor for me. Since media spin is a concern to me and most every believer I talk to, I typically don’t allow myself to even waste my time on the mainstream media. One thing I love about Good News Daily is that you won't feel dizzy from the spin: There is none. Good News Daily is the perfect blend of journalistic integrity, and passion for Christ.

 Bob Heath, founder of Kids for Christ USA, is scheduling Community Impact Conferences and Meetings across the USA.

Eight years ago Bob began taking the gospel into public elementary schools using the vehicle of "Before School Bible Clubs," working within the implied perimeters of the "Federal Equal Access Act". The program has since grown from one club in Tulsa, OK, to in excess of 67 clubs across the USA. "We saw over 10,000 decisions to serve Jesus just in the first six years, and thousands more led to Christ by kids using a simple tool called "The Ticket To Heaven Prayer", says Heath.

The Prayer Requests of Children |
 It never fails to astound me how God brings back to mind the reason(s) we in Kids/Youth ministry do what we do. Is it me or is it all too easy to get caught up in the business of ministry? (I can answer honestly:YES!)
Somewhat out of rote we have a when a child says they need prayer we put on our best face and pray a simple (all to often faithless) prayer. When moves, I am usually the first to admit, "cleary I had nothing to do with that". For seven years I have set aside March to teach kids in the public schools on prayer. This year I felt impressed to do it in February. Today I found out one of the reasons why: A little girl named Bree. Every year when I teach on prayer that is when I get to here the gut wrenching stories. Obviously it's because when you talk on praying and "not letting go" the children drop their guards.

Calling All Students & Parents Far and Wide |
 Although this has been an exciting year for KFCUSA, we still have some concerns. These are not the kind of concerns that letters are written about; they are not monetary as you might expect from a piece like this one. No, this is a manpower issue. Of course I have often answered the question “What does KFCUSA need?” by saying, “manpower and money.” We can never have too much of either.
So, with that said, I feel compelled to make some manpower needs public. At present, we need to replace our parent sponsor team in the Broken Arrow, North and South; Tulsa, OK; the Rocklin, Sacramento, CA area and Austin, Round Rock, TX. We have been “recruiting” in Atlanta, GA for about a year and a half and Nashville is still non-functional this year as well. The clubs in California and Texas have been strong in years past, but not so this year. I do a weekly radio show in Austin, TX, but no one has stepped up yet.

The Most Powerful Meetings in KFCUSA History! |
 Long ago and on many occasions through the years I have stated that, "When the kids who were in 1st-3rd grades the year we started Kids for Christ reach High School, I expect them to be in the middle of a full on move of God in their school." Now after what I witnessed a few days ago and then again today I am getting ready, because I think it has begun!
