Over 500 T-Shirts Sold and Still Counting.
The 2005-06 Kids for Christ USA t-shirts have been the best selling t-shirt we’ve ever sold.  “We have never sold more than 150 shirts before this year,” reports Kids for Christ USA founder Bob Heath.  He said, “I think God has blessed these shirts because in addition to being cool, it witnesses to people.”

The Link Finally Begins!!
The 05-06 addition of The Link is about to begin.  This week three clubs will begin in two schools: Union 6th & 7th Grade Center and the Union 8th Grade Center.  The 6th, 7th grade will meet on Thursdays in the Band room.  The 7th Grade meets from 7:15-7:40 a.m. and will be followed by the 6th grade from 7:45-8:10 a.m.  Bob’s games are just as distgusting as they were in elementary school, (Okay they're worse.)  But the messages are much more direct and relevant to their age.

Update: Katrina Backpack Project
About two weeks ago we announced that we would be collecting backpacks full of toys for the kids effected by the Katrina Disaster.  The giving spirit of the families of this ministry was nothing short of astounding!  Bob Heath said, “We’ve attempted other service projects before and never saw this kind of response.”

See You at The Pole 2005-06
A small group of teenagers in Burleson, Texas, came together for a “Disciple Now” weekend in early 1990. They came seeking God. Little did they know how powerfully God was about to move. On Saturday night God penetrated their hearts like never before. The students were broken before God and burdened for their friends. Compelled to pray, they drove to three different schools that night. Not knowing exactly what to do, they went to the school flagpoles and prayed for their friends, schools, and leaders. Those students had no idea how God would use their obedience.
