I know I was really bad one summer. I'll never forget, I was taking a bath one hot afternoon. The sun had been out all day but all of sudden out of nowhere there was a loud KA-Boom from thunder and all the lights went out............

My aunt quickly grabbed me from the tub and wrapped a big beach towel around me. She took me to the little bathroom with no windows. She got me good and comfortable, totally surrounded by pillows and then she began to pray. I'll never forget the prayer: "Thank you God for keeping us safe and that Psalm 91 is true. You give your angels charge over us!! Thank you that this tornado pops back up in the sky.

About that time right in the middle of the storm my aunt's doorbell rings. She had not been in the neighborhood long but a neighbor came to tell her he had put he dalmatian in his garage because the dog pen had flipped over in the weather. My aunt didn't even know her dog was out and someone was taking care of it for her.

WOW, I learned a lot that day, God does care about you. He kept us safe and even Taffy the dalmatian. Remember, no matter what God cares and you don't have to be afraid.
